Current Trade Ideas - Updated 12/4/2016

NOTES:
Charts below update daily with the most recent market prices.
All posts are just my thoughts and not investment recommendations. Trading isn't easy, do so at your own risk. I may or may not be trading these stocks at any given time.

As you can see, I have updated the way I will post trade ideas in order to make my watch-list easier for you all to follow. I will keep a rolling list of my working trade ideas on the same post and update it with ideas two times each week. If there is a stock I am currently trading, or hoping to trade soon, it will be on this list. If a trade plan does not work out, I will take it off of this list. If the page begins to become to bogged down with ideas, I will keep the best ones on and remove the others. Much more simple. Let me know what you think!

Still some great plays going. Added a few more for this week. Good luck everyone!

Last update: 12/04/2016:

Looking great for a break out over $15.. if it can break and hold over $15 I think I woulf look to sell on the way up to $20-22. Risk to $14ish

Date added: 12/04/2016
Price when posted: $1.24
Dead cat bounce potential here. Great risk to lows also of like 1.15. Target of $1.50ish, maybe hold some for $2 magnet... but that is a big maybe.

Date added: 12/01/2016
Price when posted: $.48
This chart is just primed for a break out. Needs to break and hold well over $.50 and this could really get going. Max risk to $.46ish.

Date added: 11/16/2016
Price when posted: $2.99
Like this because of the recent volume and because Trump is looking at plans to give FNMA earnings back, rather than having them all go to the gov. Buy a break over $3 and sell on way up... not exactly sure what kind of target I have for this. But a good stop loss is 2.80.

Date added: 11/14/2016
Price when posted: $4.30
Need a break and hold over 4.40-4.50 on HNR. If we can get that I'm thinking 5.50-6+. Risk to 4.

Date added: 11/10/2016
Price when posted: $6.65
Looking for a nice rebound. Risk at 6.50ish. If it pops over 7 it could get going.

Date added: 11/6/2016
Price when posted: $3.52
Gapped up after hours all the way to 3.80. This may have found a bottom, good opportunity for a rebound play here. Would like to buy as close to 3.50 as possible with a stop loss risk to 3.25ish. Targets of 4, maybe 4.50.

Date added: 11/6/2016
Price when posted: $8.34
Looking for a pull back to 8.20-8.30 for a breakout over 8.50. Looking for 9-9.50. Risk to $8.

Date added: 11/6/2016
Price when posted: $12.18
Looking to buy a dip down to high 11s or $12. Think this is a solid mid term hold risk to like 11.50.

Date added: 10/30/2016
Price when posted: $7.00
AMCC is a semi-conductor/circuits company that has just beat earnings forecast for the seventh time in a row. They are still losing money, but with the news of QCOM buying out NXPI weeks ago, semi-conductor sector is pretty hot. AMCC has been in a wedge since August of 2014 and it is right up to the trendline. I like this for a long if it can keep decent volume and hold above $7. There is resistance at 7.50, 8, 8.50, and then next resistance is at 11. I would use all of these as my sell targets. This may be a mid to long-term trade idea. I won't post the chart, but I have essentially the same plan for INVN, another semi-conductor company.

DF is Dean Foods. They jumped huge on takeover chatter, which may very well be legitimate. DF has over 25% of its float shares short.. so if it can continue higher, shorts will be screwed and squeeze the heck out of this. I think I want to see this closer to $18 for an entry maybe even a little lower. I would use 200SMA as a stop-loss guide (around 17.75). If it can break over downtrend I wouldn't be afraid to add more shares.

Date added: 10/16/2016
Price when posted: $11.48
Posted weeks back to buy a dip to $11.50 looking for 12+. That already happened, now we want higher. I think we can rip higher on 10/31, target to 200SMA. A break and hold over the 200SMA means we could see $14-16 near future.

Date added: 10/18/2016
Price when posted: $5.60
Been pretty confident about this one, but I might have to take it off soon. Didn't hold above $6 like I was hoping. My stop is probably 5.40-5.50. However, initial plan was that if it can break and hold over $6, I like it for a long term hold.

BONUS
I hate to brag and I am completely done with this trade, but every once in a while you post a trade and it goes so perfectly you just have to bring it back up. Trade idea was posted on 10/2/16 at a price of $4.79, AKAO consolidated around $4.75 from the beginning of October until mid-way through the month, then it pops above $5 and trends all the way up to $5.81, giving us plenty of opportunities to sell at or above my target of $5.50ish... then when it can't get through resistance she falls all the way back down. This is a prime example of why I use technical alaysis! Check it out below.
AKAO (Achaogen Holdings, Inc.)
Stock price when posted: $4.79
"Achaogen, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, discovers, develops, and commercializes antibacterials to treat multi-drug resistant (MDR) gram-negative infections in the United States." - Yahoo Finance

Nice breakout on Friday. This may be couple week long trade to actually pan out, could be sooner though.

Trade plan:

+ Buy between $4.60 and $4.75, stop out at $4.50
- Sell some shares at $5, keep rest to sell on way up to $5.50

WIN!
Date added: 11/6/2016
Date off: 11/28/2016
Awesome. Hit around $11.80 from my call. That's about 27% gain in just a couple weeks!
Price when posted: $9.32
CMCM looks way oversold here. Wouldn't get started on the trade until it begins a rebound and starts to trend up a little bit. Stop loss is down to all time lows around $8.75. Good target may be the 200SMA if it starts to turn around.

ENDED OKAY...
Date added: 11/6/2016
Date off: 11/23/2016
Merged with TSLA so it doesn't exist anymore.
Price when posted: $20.18
Back on my watchlist. Again need a break and hold over the downtrend line. $25 in sights after that. Risk to $20 or break under trendline again.

WIN!!
Date added: 11/09/2016
Date off: 11/23/2016
Hit 6.70s. Great trade. Was consolidating between 6-6.50, but just dumped when IBB had a bad day.
Price when posted: $5.56
Same ideas as ZIOP and PDLI. Great breakout. Hoping for one last big push before it fades back or consolidates. Stop at 5.40ish.

WIN!!
Date added: 11/09/2016
Date off: 11/23/2016
Hit that downtrend line and sank right back down. Awesome though, hit 7.90s!!
Price when posted: $6.10
Bought yesterday at 6.10. On top of the biotech breakout, this had its own huge breakout. More risk buying up here but there is potential for $8 land if the market permits.

BIG WIN!!
Date added: 11/09/2016
Date off: 11/23/2016
Awesome awesome trade. Hit $3.51 a few days ago then turned for the worst so I'm closing it out.
Price when posted: $1.98
I bought yesterday at 1.98, stop at 1.80. Still hoping for more continuation in bio land.

WIN if you sold before the offering...
Date added: 11/09/2016
Date off: 11/15/16
Worked great from 3.34 to 3.80. Had a stock offering after hours that killed it. Went from a great win to a loss.
Price when posted: $3.34
Same idea as ZIOP. Great breakout. Risk at 3.30 now. Not sure how much more is left for this, maybe 3.60-3.80.

Date added: 11/14/2016
Date off: 11/15/16
Had no follow through so ended up selling before the wicked plunge.
Price when posted: $13.99
If BTUUQ can break over $15 and hold, it will get going very fast. I'm thinking $20+. But, this illiquid stock can crack down just as fast as it can break up. I would say max risk to $12. Since this stock is OTC finviz.com doesn't have it. I'll update chart as necessary.

Date added: 10/30/2016
Date off: 11/10/16
Didn't bounce with the rest of the bio stocks so I don't have any more faith in this.
Price when posted: $4.75
Missed the real break out on CETX, but I think there is good mid-term potential on this. What I would like to see is a dip down to the 20&50 SMAs around 4.25-4.40 for a buying opportunity... as long as it can hold trend after that my targets would be 5.50, 6, and if it can break 6-6.50 it can really pick up some speed. 4.6m float as well, so if it keeps heavy volume it can get good!

HUGE WIN!
Date added: 10/30/2016
Date off: 11/2/2016
Hit targets the day after posted then faded off pretty huge. $1.25!!!
Price when posted: $.79
Got to this party pretty late as well... but there is potentially a lot more fun to be had. If NVCN can break and hold over $.80, I am interested to buy, then $1 is the easy next target. If it can break and hold over $1, 1.25 is next... and a break through the 1.25 area leads me to believe 1.75 is the next target. I know that seems farfetched, but anything is possible! Support is at .70-.75, so I'd probably keep risk to that level.

Barely a win... but a win none the less.
Date added: 10/30/2016
Date off: 11/2/2016
Had a nice rebound to $3.30 the day after posting. Faded off after that.
Price when posted: $3.00
No real plan here. Just on watch for a big one to two day rebound. Then will take it off. I would buy into a trend change and sell when it gets over-extended.

Small loss. Can't believe it. Jumped 30% after taking off watch!!!
Date added: 10/30/2016
Date off: 11/6/2016
Wasn't able to follow through at all. May turn into a nice short at this point.
Price when posted: $9.45
Back out to the weekly charts on ENVA and you'll see why I like it. Could be a long term breakout coming soon. Just broke above SMAs on decent volume. I'd like to buy around 9.30 area risk to 8.90-9ish. Target of $10, then $11.

UPDATES WEDNESDAY - 10/26/2016:
Man this week has been rough. Not a whole lot moving... and the few that move I have missed out on. Looks like none of the ideas from this week had any follow through. ZAIS looked okay, popped to 2.50 for a few minutes but then tanked to lows.

I apologize for lack of updates this week. I have had a lot going on outside of this. Starting now, I will be changing the format quite a bit to make each stock easier to follow. I will now be posting swing trade ideas on a rolling basis. One post with all of my current working ideas that I will continue to update. That way you don't have to go back through my posts to see if I am still following a certain trade, it will all be on one post for you to keep up with. Also, starting now, I will only post the chart and some commentary or thoughts about it. Not exact trade plans like I have, that is too much pressure. Even though the updates will be less frequent, I'd still like to be keeping up with questions even more.

The market is in super indecisive chop mode as of late. It is either going to dump and continue to dump, or pop back up and business as usual until maybe 2017. Right now we are in market limbo... so it is pretty hard to determine if a trade is going to work as planned. I personally had an ugly week last week... so let's hope we can turn that around this week! Trade ideas below. As always, trade safe.

UPDATES WEDNESDAY - 10/19/2016:
NUGT trade idea from last week was awesome. Hit $15 from my $11.50 mentions, that's 30%.

Working trades:
NEON +0% - same as yesterday
ONCS +2% - this one looks close
FRGI +1% - think it has another big green day in it. But, never got the buy I wanted so taking off of my list.

UPDATES TUESDAY - 10/18/2016:
Bought a couple mid-term holds in my managed accounts today...

First was SCTY. Coiling up and think it could have a nice move to $25 soon... am weary about negative press regarding TSLA affecting it though. Stop at $19.
Next was COUP. Recently IPOd and is wildly volatile, but it is beat down and I think there is an okay risk v. reward. Mid term looking for $34+, we'll see if I can hold it that long. Stop at $25.45.
Lastly, I finally bought some starter size DGLY. The chart above is a weekly chart... and boy does that look prime for a huge move. I will add more into my positions once it breaks the $6 resistance and holds it. Looking for $10. Stop at 5.50ish.

Working trades:
NEON +3% - still waiting for break out confirmation
QSII -1% - taking this off of my watch list, may have more in it, but wasn't able to get the price I wanted
ONCS -1.5% - no follow through yet.. keep stops in place around 1.70 or a little below
FRGI +.5% - think a nice green day is in store soon as long as it hold over $27

UPDATES MONDAY - 10/17/2016:

Working trades:
NEON -8% - wasn't able to break and hold over 1.25, until it does I will not pay attention to it
QSII +8% - huge gap over night! Unfortunately it didn't give us any good buying opportunities... wouldn't buy it up here, although I do believe $13.30s could be in store still
ONCS -1.5% - not the day I was hoping. But could still be a good play. Make sure you keep your stops in place!
FRGI +1% - consolidating

PLAN FOR THIS WEEK
As predicted, last week we had a big ol' move in the indexes. Check out the S&P 500 breaking down out of that long-term triangle. There is still support a little bit lower at $2120, but if we are able to break below that I think we will see very accelerated selling, which will affect nearly every stock by pulling them down with it.

Once again, because of the current market conditions, be careful with all of your trades. There is typically less follow-through than normal, so don't try and go for the huge percentage wins... if you're up a decent amount, don't be afraid to take some profits and pay yourself.

FH from a month ago is paying off now! Idea started at $2.67, now at $3.55. Big gainer. Here is what is on the watch list for this week.

UPDATES THURSDAY - 10/13/2016:
Markets are all over the place. Huge drops below support today followed by an insane rebound to close just a little below flat. With all of the selling it will be hard for a lot of the plays to have follow through, so if you're up a decent amount don't be afraid to sell.

Working trades:
TRXC -8% - rough day. Holding above $2, but make sure you have stops in place
NUGT +5.4% - Another big day. Hit $13.50 today, which is in my target range. Still like it but be careful.
DGLY -2% - breaking down it seems. Will keep this on my watchlist for a more long term play, but I don't think I would buy this now.
AKAO +0% - consolidating

UPDATES WEDNESDAY - 10/12/2016:

Working trades:
TRXC +11% - here is the breakout! Great play, hit 2.33 today from 1.84 alerts. That is pretty close to my target, I would say sell some shares on a pop and let the rest run if you want to
NUGT +6.5% - I know I said I took this off yesterday, but sweet rebound today as called. Still like it following initial trade plan. Be careful
DGLY -.8% - getting very close to support, make sure stops are in place if you took this idea
AKAO -2% - closed below $5, keep a close eye on this one as well... might be consolidating but might be turning on us

UPDATES TUESDAY - 10/11/2016:
Yikes. Today was the day. SPY down 1.3%. Broke down out of the triangle pretty hard, just as hoped and expected. Now one day does establish a trend, so we will have to keep an eye on what happens over the next few days to really see where we're going. This big down move in the markets killed some of my trade ideas, but as long as you had stops in place and sold when it was up, you should be fine!

Working trades:
TRXC +.3% - close, needs to break and hold over $2 before a real good move comes.
DGLY -.5% - waiting
AKAO -3.3% - still looks okay. Would have sold some at 5.20s yesterday and moved stop to maybe a little below $5 to be safe.

Done with:
NUGT -7% - shew... bad day for this. Chart is still in tact because it hasn't broken below the trend line.. I still definitely like it for a rebound, but this is an intra-day type play not a buy and hold. So unless you know what you're doing don't try this again.
VCEL -15% - killed. As long as you sold some shares around $3 and moved your stop up you should've been fine. This is off  watch now.

UPDATES MONDAY - 10/10/2016:
SPY closed right at the top of the channel it has been trading in for months. No big break up or down yet. SOON.

Working trades:
TRXC +3.5% - move starting
NUGT +1.25% - same plan
VCEL +5.6% - breaking out of consolidation, like this for a move higher again!
DGLY +.5% - still waiting for the breakout to confirm my trade plan
AKAO +6.8% - awesome! On break out watch tomorrow. Idea last week at $4.79, now at $5.30 after hours trading today.

PLAN FOR THIS WEEK
I'd bet anything that this week, maybe as soon as tomorrow, the indexes (DOW, S&P, Russell, NASDAQ, NYSE) have a BIG move. Triangles like the one below are typically followed by a very big move (either up OR down), which ever way the indexes break out of this triangle will likely establish the trend we will have for the coming weeks/months. I thought the break might come last Friday, and it was close, but it looks like it will have to be this week. This is good! Whether the indexes shoot up or down it will create plenty of opportunities for us speculators.
Only a few ideas for this week. When the markets pick a direction there should be a lot more setting up, keep checking daily updates. Also, I have been getting a lot of requests from people who want to learn about charting, technical analysis, and finding high probability set-ups. If I am able to find time and a way to do it I think I may make some short video lessons, so stay tuned.

UPDATES THURSDAY - 10/06/2016:
Gold continues to get crushed while oil hit over $50/barrel for the first time in months.
We are on the edge of a big move in the markets I believe... the question is: which way will we go? Below is the S&P 500 ETF, as you can see, for almost three months it looks like we have been forming a bearish diamond pattern. This means, if technical analysis is correct, tomorrow will be a bad day in the market and we will start to see a downward trend. The monthly national non-farm payroll and unemployment data comes out tomorrow morning and typically what happens is a very green day for the markets. So, it is really a toss up, no one knows which way the market will turn after tomorrow, but I'm excited to see where it goes!
Working trades:
ADHD -4% - big red candle today. Think our push is over. Taking this off watch
AKAO -.5% - haven't got my hold over $5 yet, but still looking okay
AGTC -1% - still above $10. I like this as long as it continues to hold over $10
DGLY +0% - still waiting for the breakout to confirm my trade plan

UPDATES WEDNESDAY - 10/05/2016:
Really wish I had more patience... here are updates on two of my trade ideas from two weeks ago.
CRIS - mentioned this at $2.02, as of today it hit $3.06. Huge.
SCYX - mentioned the idea at $3.25 and today it hit $6.20+ in extended hours trading. That is nearly a doubler.

Working trades:
ADHD +2.5% - still going slowly
AKAO -.5% - keeps hitting good highs then falling back below $5, I would be more careful with this trade now.
AGTC +2% - held over $10, excited for tomorrow :)
DGLY +.5% - still waiting for the breakout to confirm my trade plan

UPDATES TUESDAY - 10/04/2016:
Markets were all over the place today. Indexes down, FANG up, US dollar up, gold WAY down, silver down, oil up. Lots of weird movement continuing every day. Another big pot day in the OTC markets. Nearly everything was up 5-50% and OWCP doubled today! I sold my CANN and GRNH shares for super awesome profits, they could keep going but I wanted to take gains and work on something else, also because I don't have any patience. New idea added below:

Added trades:
DGLY (Digital Ally)
Stock price when posted: $5.74
"Digital Ally, Inc. produces digital video imaging and storage products for use in law enforcement, security, and commercial applications in the United States and internationally." - Yahoo Finance

I only REALLY like this idea if it can break over $6.25, however I think there is a better risk v reward opportunity now. Shillary Clinton plans to federally fund police body cameras if she is elected (I think Trump mentioned something as well, unsure about that) and seeing as how DGLY makes body cameras for PD's, it can go pretty nuts off of some catalyst like this. This may be a longer term short-term trade (few days to a couple months).

Trade plan:
+ buy around $5.70, stop loss at $5.59 maybe a little lower
- sell some shares at $6.20 to take off risk
- sell some more shares from $6.50-7 to take off more risk
- if you have the patience, hold until the trade stops working

Risk -2%
Reward 8%+

Working trades:
ADHD +2% - working slowly
AKAO +0% - flat today. Need to see a break and hold over $5 or I would take this off list
AGTC -.5% - I want to see this hold over $10. If that happens I believe we will see $11 pretty quick

UPDATES MONDAY - 10/03/2016:
Sweet day for those of you holding a few of the biotech stocks from a couple weeks back (ie. SCYX, CRIS), also FH had a great breakout. New mid-term trade idea coming most likely tomorrow on something I think has great potential! This week is pot week it looks like. From my mentions yesterday of all of the marijuana stocks I would be watching, their day today looked like this:

AMMJ +24%
OWCP +43% - got up to 70%+ at one point today
NGBL +22%
CGRW +12%
TRTC +5%
CANN +29%
CBIS +20%
CNAB +46%
GRNH +27%
SGBY +28%
CBDS +11%
I personally got ahold of some CANN and GRNH shares pretty early in the day and am going to hold until they stop working! Great gains today. Once again, these are super risky and trade on the OTC/Pink Sheet markets, so only use money you can afford to lose!

Working trades:

ADHD +5% - great first day of the trade idea, think we see continuation this week
AKAO +3.5% - right up to $5 target, would like to see it push to its resistance uptrend at $5.50 soon
FH +14% - OF COURSE, the day I take this off my watch list is the day it breaks out exactly according to my plan last week. But I guess being early is the same as being wrong. Same trade plan as before
SCYX +17% - this got an Analyst upgrade today that shot it higher. Up 40% since trade idea

CRIS +3% - still pushing, up 30% since idea
AGTC +3% - hit $10.20 today from my idea last week at $8.96. That's +14% in just a week! Think it keeps going, so keep it 'til it stops working!

PLAN FOR THIS WEEK
Last week was all about oil! All the oil stocks were all running, but especially BAS. Hope last week's ideas helped some of you out! This week looks like it might be oil continuation and/or the beginning of some marijuana stock breakouts. I'll keep an eye out for these and you may see some new ideas mid-week. For those interested in marijuana penny stocks to trade, although I do not recommend trading them without prior experience, here is a good list:
AMMJ, OWCP, FTPM, NGBL, CGRW, MNTR, TRTC, SRNA, CANN, CBIS, AERO, CNAB, GRNH, SGBY, CBDS
CRIS, AGTC, BAS, and some others are still working well. Be careful again, the market is whipping up and down quickly, very volatile, so if you make money on a trade don't be afraid to take profits! I don't have much new to look out for just yet, many trades are shaping up but not quite there. Check last week's trades for working ideas and check back daily for new ideas.
